At Anuragology, we stand behind the quality of our courses and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines clear, fair terms designed to protect both students and the platform — so you can enroll with confidence.
2. Course Refund Policy
Recorded Courses — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid recorded courses come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. A refund will be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
- Less than 20% of the total course content has been accessed
- No downloadable resources, templates, or premium bonus materials have been downloaded
- A certificate of completion has not been issued for the course
Live & Live + Recorded Courses — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For live courses and live + recorded combo courses, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase or within 14 days of the live course's official start date — whichever comes first. A refund will be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is within the applicable window described above
- You have attended fewer than 20% of the scheduled live sessions
- No downloadable resources or premium materials have been downloaded
- A certificate of completion has not been issued
Refund requests submitted after the applicable window will not be eligible, regardless of enrollment date.
Free Courses
Free courses do not qualify for refunds as no payment was made. However, we always welcome feedback to help us improve.
Course Bundles and Packages
For course bundles and packages, refund eligibility is calculated based on the total content accessed across all included courses combined — not on any individual course in isolation. If the combined access across the bundle exceeds 20%, the bundle is no longer eligible for a refund. The refund window follows the policy for the primary course type in the bundle.
3. Digital Downloads & Premium Materials
Accessing or downloading premium materials — including templates, worksheets, project files, bonus resources, or any other downloadable content — may void your refund eligibility, regardless of how much course video content you have watched. This applies to all course types. These materials are considered delivered digital goods upon access.
4. Consulting Services Refund Policy
One-Time Consultations
For one-time consulting sessions, refunds are available if:
- The session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Technical issues prevent the session from taking place
- The consultant fails to show up for the scheduled session
Ongoing Consulting Contracts
For ongoing consulting engagements:
- Refunds are prorated based on services not yet delivered
- 30-day notice is required for contract termination
- Work completed up to the termination date is non-refundable
- Custom project deliverables may have different refund terms as outlined in the specific agreement
5. Refund Process and Timeline
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at team@anuragology.com with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant feedback about your experience
All requests are reviewed manually. Our team may ask follow-up questions or request additional information before a decision is made.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Recorded courses where the 7-day window from purchase has passed
- Live or Live + Recorded courses where the applicable refund window has passed
- Courses or bundles where 20% or more of the total content has been accessed
- Any course or bundle for which a certificate of completion has been issued
- Premium materials, templates, or bonus resources that have been downloaded or accessed
- Custom consulting work that has been completed or delivered
- Certification exam fees (separate from course fees)
- Third-party software or tool subscriptions included with courses
- Group coaching or live workshop sessions that have already occurred
7. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your course, you must report it to our support team within 72 hours of encountering the problem. Our team will attempt to verify and resolve the issue. Refunds based on technical claims will only be approved once the issue has been verified by our support team and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Issues reported outside the 72-hour window may not be eligible for a refund under this clause.
Course Cancellation by Anuragology
If we cancel a course or service, all enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a similar course of equal value.
Extraordinary Circumstances
In cases of extraordinary circumstances — such as a serious medical emergency, natural disaster, or other significant life event — we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted with reasonable supporting documentation (for example, a medical certificate or official notice) to be reviewed by our team.
8. Refund Abuse & Fair Use
We are committed to keeping our refund policy fair for all students. To protect the platform and our learning community, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:
- Our system records indicate significant course consumption that is inconsistent with the refund claim
- Patterns of repeated refund requests across multiple courses or purchases are detected
- There is evidence of misuse of the refund policy to access course content without the intent to complete it
We use platform data — such as video watch history, resource download logs, and session attendance — to fairly evaluate all refund requests. This data helps us ensure that our policy is applied consistently and that genuine students are always protected.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact our support team first at team@anuragology.com. We are happy to review your case and work toward a resolution.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in the immediate suspension of your course access and account privileges while the dispute is under review. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
10. Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- You retain access to services until the end of the paid period
11. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review of the decision within 30 days by replying to your refund email
- Provide additional information or documentation to support your case
- Ask to speak with a senior team member for further consideration
