From Electrical Engineering to Building a Digital Ecosystem: My Entrepreneurial Journey

Perfection delays progress. Execution creates clarity. Here is the story of how I went from an electrical engineering student to building an interconnected ecosystem of Ed-Tech, SaaS, and digital commerce.

From Electrical Engineering to Building a Digital Ecosystem: My Entrepreneurial Journey

Ever since I was a kid, I was captivated by the invisible forces that shape our world. I loved technology, mathematics, space, and computer science. Naturally, I followed the great Indian middle-class dream: I decided to become an engineer.

Electrical engineering intrigued me because electricity is the literal spark behind every technological leap. But as I sat in my college classrooms, something shifted. I found myself pulling away from circuit boards and being pulled toward a different kind of building: coding, web design, and digital art.

I started binge-watching startup case studies and documentaries. Suddenly, a new world cracked open for me. I realized my true passion wasn’t just understanding technology—it was using technology creatively to solve massive, real-world problems.

That was the moment the engineer became an entrepreneur.

The First Leap: Democratizing Ed-Tech

My journey took its first real step in 2021 when my college senior started CloudyML with me.

At the time, education in Data Science and AI was prohibitively expensive in India. We had a simple, aggressive goal: democratize high-quality tech education. By pricing our courses 95% lower than the market average, we bridged a massive gap for students who had the hunger but not the budget. Through our marketing campaigns and educational quality, we got more than 30,000 learners in first 4 years.  We also collaborated with different top colleges in India for providing these skill trainings.

For four and a half years, I lived and breathed the Ed-Tech market. But more importantly, I learned how to build a business from the ground up by becoming a one-man execution engine.

When you are bootstrapping a startup, you don't have the luxury of hiring a massive team. You learn by doing. I taught myself graphic design, video editing, content writing, scripting, and performance marketing. I learned how to run profitable ads, automate tedious tasks, and master AI for rapid execution.

This multi-disciplinary approach, learning skills that seemed unrelated at the time, eventually connected into a powerful web. It is what allowed me to thrive later as an entrepreneur, and it became the foundation of everything I build today.

The Philosophy: Action Over Outcome

Entrepreneurship in India is chaotic. To survive, you need an anchor.

My anchor has always been a mix of meticulous visualization and the profound teachings of Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita.

Before I touch a keyboard, I visualize the entire roadmap. I define the exact problem, map out the potential solutions, and build a structured execution plan. But once the plan is set, the Gita takes over. Krishna teaches us to focus entirely on the Karma (the effort) without becoming paralyzed by the attachment to the outcome.

When you stop obsessing over whether you will succeed or fail, and simply focus on doing the work with absolute dedication, the fear disappears. This mindset, combined with the unwavering support of my family, has been my greatest weapon in navigating the deep uncertainties of building startups.

The Ecosystem: Building the Future

Today, I am no longer just building isolated businesses. I am building an interconnected ecosystem where every vertical feeds and strengthens the other.

1. The Infrastructure: SutraLogik & Akritra

At the core of this ecosystem is SutraLogik, a technology and services company designed to bring execution clarity to modern businesses. But to truly redesign how companies operate, we needed better tools. That led to the development of Akritraour AI-powered Business & Team Management System. It isn’t just another productivity app; it is an intelligent execution engine. We are replacing operational chaos with structured, AI-augmented growth systems.

2. The Education: Anuragology

Infrastructure is useless without the right people to run it. Through Anuragology, we are shifting the focus from passive learning to aggressive implementation. We equip digital marketers, founders, and creators with real-world execution skills, scalable marketing frameworks, AI integration, and long-term brand building. It is not about theory; it is about structured action.

3. The Commerce: AnWrap & Upskill with AnWrap

To test our marketing systems in the real world, we launched AnWrap, a strategic move into the art and gifting e-commerce space. But in true ecosystem fashion, it has a deeper purpose. Through Upskill with AnWrap, we are helping incredibly talented Indian artists, who struggle with exposure, build their own digital systems and connect directly with buyers.

The Ultimate Lesson: Execution Creates Clarity

If there is one thing this journey has taught me, it is this: Perfection delays progress.

Earlier in my career, overthinking and hesitation slowed my momentum. I waited for things to be "perfect" before launching. Today, structured action dictates everything I do. Markets move fast, but systems must move faster.

Balancing consulting, SaaS, education, and commerce is intense. But when they are unified under one architecture, the compound effect is incredible. Education feeds implementation. Implementation improves infrastructure. Infrastructure powers massive scale.

For me, success is no longer defined just by revenue. It is defined by leverage - building platforms, tools, and systems that empower thousands of other entrepreneurs to think bigger, execute faster, and scale sustainably.

The journey is just beginning. Let’s keep building.
